is two 12 inch subwoofers too much for a four-door car?

I just bought a four door honda accord 2007 and was thinking of buying two woofers 12 inches and a 1000 watt sub amp from my friend. One of my friends say I could have given me through the windows as the car is too small. I it was ridiculous to think at first submarine blowing my windows, but now I'm seriously discussed. It is two 12 is too much?
