It is a 15 "kicker comp sub RMS 250 good?

I have an amplifier that puts Xplod 1200 watts, and im wanting to buy a kicker comp that puts '15 out 250 watts RMS, I already know that xplod is not as big, but it would still be a set up or not? Is it a good rate?

Comp subs are good budget - are not high quality but budget is used as a team are pretty good. I do not think Sony has produced an amplifier capable of 1200W. I an amplifier channel 2, ie 2400 4000W Max RMS x 2 @ 2ohm 4800W DVC sub is my max and I noticed 2400rms 1ohm i hit hard and make 4ohms and hit so hard that I would try to keep 2ohm and get the most out of my amp and sub but I do not know if I can wire each voice coil to each channel individualy. someone please let me know
