How can I output to two audio sources at once from my PC?

Here's my setup:
I'm playing music on Ableton Live on my PC and I am dubbing it to cassette. I have a male/male audio cable going from an audio port on the front of my pc to the cassette player. I need to be able to hear the audio output at the same time though, so I plug headphones into another audio jack on the back of the PC. When I plug the headphones in though, I don't get any audio. How can I make the audio go to both of these channels?

Are both audio jacks outputs? Are they stereo Left and Right audio outputs? Are they speaker outputs or Line outputs?

If they are line outputs, then you won't be able to hear anything on headphones -- or it will be very very weak.

You need software that can interface with the audio card and put 2 identical mono channels on the Left and Right outputs of the card. You also need a headphone amplifier to boost the line output to headphone levels.

Where can i get Multiple Digital Audio Port?

Does anyone know where I can get a port that has multiple digital audio inputs and one output. It needs to have both a Coaxil Digital Audio inputs and Tos Link Digital Audio inputs.

They have mechanical switches. You can use a Video switch for coaxial-digital.

There are some higher end ones where each input has both optical & coaxial, and your output is both optical and coaxial - but they used to be about $200 for all this flexibility.
