Does that Nissan Armada and Infiniti Q56 anyone look the same?

Got something to anyone that the Nissan Armada and Infiniti Q56 look almost exactly the same, except perhaps grille and minor differnce.

Yes, Infiniti is Nissan's luxury line, Lexus is Toyota's luxury line.
