What happens if I drive my car with three 16 inch tires and one 15 inch tire?

i bought a car from an auction with the spare on the rear drivers side. the spare is 15 inches and the other three are 16 inches. when driving over 30 km an hour the car makes a sort of whining noise that increases with speed and decreases when slowing down, that i am sure is coming from the side where the smaller wheel is. does anyone think the noise could be caused by the smaller wheel? i know its vague but any help would be greatly appreciated

Not under normal circumstances but it would make the car
a bit "loose" feeling... It will tend to sway....

Try to find a 16 inch asap.... Junkyard, ebay,

That whining could be a bearing that could have been damaged
when that tire blew out. Obviouslly, it was unrepairable so it was
probably a very hard hit....

Get it checked by a reputable mechanic, who may also help you
find a good replacement wheel & tire.
