what is a good subwoofer for me

I have a 79 'ford f100 and jacked all this and really nice and I want some nice sound for him. I was planning a subwoofer putin between the fiberglass seats in a custom box. but what I get subwoofer. i only have space for a sub. could u tell me what woofer wood be good for me and a good size. I was thinking mtx thunder 7500 12 "what do u think

could be a good idea to install an amplifier in his first budget, then get a sub that will make a good combination with the amplifier. a 10 "hardest hit that 12 "in a small space.
