It is a GMC Sierra or Chevrolet Silverado more reliable?

I have 17 years and I have the option of either a GMC Sierra or Chevrolet Silverado. I need to go to school, parties, usual teenage stuff. What will last longer with me? (Both are 2000 models with over 100,000 miles on them)

They are more or less the same under the hood, some of the bells and whistles might be different. Go for looks, man - seemed pretty Silverado strong in that model year.
