how do i get the noise out of my car subwoofers?

i have 2 pioneers work great, my amp is 1200 watts everything was working cool till when i moved them around and now a feedback noise generating with the car is coming out the subs what do i do? it is really annoying.

Separate your power wires and your speaker wires and it will get rid of the engine noise you are picking up in your amp
