Fixing Auxilliary input on a car stereo?
I have a 3.5mm aux plug (headphone jack) on the front of my car stereo, however it is really touchy and loose. I have to position the cord super carefully for it to work completely, with all channels of sound at the same time. If I go over a bump and the process starts again. I know for a fact it is not a short in the cord. Any way to tighten the connection or remedy this problem minus buying a new deck?

I have a brand new car and it has a factory car stereo with an AUX button but no Auxillary Input Jack. I'm wondering how much it would cost to install one. And would I have to completely get a new stereo etc. Thanks.
depending on the make and model the aux can be in the back but its not common thing. now to put one in your gonna have to go to a good car stereo place. its cheap like 50 bucks to get one so this i would recommend. they sell alot of things for the aux function on factory stereos but install is what counts.
