On increasing V in a central unit 2x to 4x the G35.?
I have a G35, 2003, recently I made a replacement dashkit metra, since my ac / stereo was freezing. The problem is solved, I installed a double din pioneer 2v unit AVIC-Bt310. The new problem is that the output is very low, even when volume is high. My system is a bose in my car, now with a Pioneer head unit. Question I can through some pre-4v modfication do, or do something after preamp that will power the speakers as a central unit would 4v? NEED MORE VOLUME. THANKS
Pioneer AVIC-U310BT out 14w RMS x 4 channels ... maybe your original bose head unit had a higher RMS figure, and this unit is simply underpowering. Your best bet would be to obtain a class AB amplifier to amplify speakers. This, however, not give you the ability to gain entry 2v past, unless you want to run the risk of distortion (preamp outputs, as 2v and 4v are for if your installation of aftermarket amplifier, the higher the voltage after the strong can set the input gain without distortion) by the way, where did you get the dashkit? Seeking recommendations for audio / stereo / sound system upgrade 2009 Subaru Impreza STI?
I love cars and hate sound system ... that it is built to work and do not know .. Yadi yada I love my music and I'm looking for examination of the main unit equipped with navigation and an amplifier, sub, etc., I read "Kicker" Audio Tweeters concluded an agreement with Subaru. Please be specific in its recommendation (X-Y model for what, etc.). If you can put side by side solutions for a decent price a portfolio of slightly better solution might tooth. Your opinion is appreciated in advance.
Hello. Like a system of sound quality and have had much experience in the components of the range of low audio frequencies (submarines). For the subwoofer I strongly recommends infinity if looking for a clear sound and response. I have two older units subwoofer (Kappa 12.1 's) and do never had a problem. JL Audio is also a very nice option, but you'll pay a bit more. In my experience, more emphasis Kicker on dB levels rather than clarity. It seems that I would say it's not what you are looking for. Make sure you go with a sealed enclosure if you look in fast / crisp. While fans will be louder, sounds more "deaf". For the amp I've heard good things about Rockford Fosgate (but not good things about their subs). I never owned one, but I heard they are good. I have an infinite amplifier 1211A and works very well and at one point leads in five 12 s "haha. For the mid-speaker / tweeter, if you intend to travel a little less dear side I recommend Pioneer. I stay away from Sony audio products because of the experience. For the head unit, I would definitely recommend Aplin. I had mine for several years now and I love it. Connecting the iPod is very nice and navigation is relatively simple compared other. In addition, Dueling prevents NOTHING. Its cheap and will likely decrease their value system (haha). I also recommend a capacitor for subwoofer for a little help your alternator. I would say that 1 farad would be essential to a system for less than 1000 watts. Also be sure to run cables RCA and power cables in front of remote ignition. And avoid (if possible) pinch in places close because it would lead to an annoying interference.
