I have to build a well house / storage building at an existing concrete slab. Any advice?

Want to create a wooden frame with isolation structure for storage and also a house. The size is approximately 12x14. Should I use brackets with screws or get a gun Use nails and nails? You can use almost any type of fixing of concrete - 'Ramset nails, tap-cons, or even make a hole in the concrete, epoxy and a threaded bolt / rod in it. I especially like to use square drive screws, and I use wood screws, decking screws or not, the drywall screws (which can break easily.) About the only thing that the use of nails for, is the trim work, and then its usually a nailer tire. Good luck
